We understand you're excited to receive your order. At Solewise, we do our best to ensure the shipping process goes as smoothly as possible.

Delivery area

Solewise ships exclusively to the Netherlands and Belgium . Deliveries to other countries are not possible.

What are the shipping costs?

Solewise covers the shipping costs. So you don't pay any shipping costs!

You must pay the shipping costs to return your item yourself.

What are the shipping times?

We strive to offer the best value for your money. That's why we choose to ship products directly from our supplier. This allows us to significantly save on transport, storage, packaging, and shipping costs, while offering the products at a fair price.

Solewise strives for fast product delivery. Every order is processed within 24 hours, and the average delivery time is 7-14 business days .

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, we ship all your items with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page; you'll receive a link via email once your order has been shipped. Track & Trace information will be available online 2-3 days after your order.

It may sometimes take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.

I will not be at home during delivery, what now?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a PostNL location (Bpost for Belgian orders). You will also receive a notification from the driver, which will also list the pickup location. After these 7 days, PostNL will return the shipment to our warehouse.

Wrong Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping, so there is always a short window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@solewise.nl if you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address.

Lost or Stolen Package

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace indicates your package has been delivered to your address but you haven't received it, please report this to support@solewise.nl. PostNL will initiate an investigation 14 days after the specified delivery date, and we will keep you updated until the investigation is complete.
